10-October-2001  OBLIGATOR NTSC build  V799  (same as V798 except for being NTSC)



Hello Folks,
  this is the second work in progress release of Obligator.
There is still no game to it yet... the main improvement is that
the arms also now have air jets on them too and this makes it possible to
actually move your person where you want it to go.


During Game-Play:-

  Start -- returns limb to its default position.
           It depends whether L1 or R1 is pressed as to which
           limb is retruned to its default position.

  Back buttons -  L2/R2 -- air jet left/right
                  L1/R1 -- control arm(s) instead of leg(s)
                           while this is pressed

  Joysticks -- control left/right legs

  Arrow keys and triagle, square, X and O -- control left/right legs
                       for users without analogue controls.

  Select -- menu.



( To operate the air jets on the arms you must press L1 and L2 together for
  the left arm's air jet and, R1 and R2 together for the right arm's air jet )


[ NTSC build notes ... this game is normally in PAL and I don't have an NTSC
  TV to test this build on so let me know if you get any problems with the picture.
  Note that some of the arena will be missing off the bottom of the screen.  ]
